I have been given some wonderful images to work with and this is the first :0) xx
The theme is anything goes.
I have used Promarkers to colour. I have added some fluffy stuff to the hat and some liquid pearls around the image and base of the card.

He's so cute! I know he's reaching for the snowflakes, but it also looks like he reaching for his momma! Love all those pearls and the shape of your easel card!
